Violin Finger Tapes

Violin finger tapes are markers or labels that go on the finger board under the strings to tell you where to place your fingers as you play. Make sure the violin is perfectly in tune before putting on the finger tapes. Only use materials that are easy to remove such as stickers or craft tape. Check to make sure that your tape is in the right spot for you to play in tune. A buzzing noise after may mean that all or part of the label is touching the violin string. Most music stores online and in person will put them on your instrument for free.
